How to Create a 3-Part Email Sequence That Nurtures and Converts (2025 Beginner Guide)

Hey Blogger! Let’s Build a Connection (Not Just a List)

You’ve sent your welcome email — yay! Now what?

Instead of going quiet and letting your new subscriber forget why they signed up… It’s time to send a short email sequence that builds a real relationship and trust and gently leads them to your best content (and offers, later on 😉).

This guide will help you craft a simple 3-part email sequence that you can automate once and let continue working for you in the background.

What Is an Email Sequence?

An email sequence is a series of pre-written emails that are automatically sent out on a schedule after someone joins your list.

Think of it like a mini-tour of your blog:

  • Who you are

  • How you can help

  • What they should check out next

It builds trust, familiarity, and curiosityall key ingredients to a strong email list!

Tools to Set Up Your Sequence

You can set this up using:

  • MailPoet (your current WordPress plugin)

  • Or platforms like MailerLite / ConvertKit / Brevo (if you switch later)

  • This guide assumes you’re using MailPoetI’ll show exactly how to do it at the end!

Your 3-Part Nurture Sequence Framework

Let’s break it down step-by-step:
